«Graffiti can be written on anything regarded as public, which typically includes warehouses, government and public buildings, and any form of public transport. Private houses, heritage sites, graveyards and old people's homes are regarded by most as out of bounds. Cars in particular are no-go zones. Those who use them are preyed upon and ridiculed.»
